Most recently, Dany led Employee Experience at Rivian, where she developed programs that fostered deep engagement and connection amid rapid transformation. Her work spanned a pivotal chapter in the company’s journey — from producing its first-ever vehicles, to supporting employees through the 6th largest IPO in U.S. history.
Prior to that, she led Internal Communications for Amazon’s Middle Mile organization, supporting thousands of operations employees across the U.S. and helping connect frontline teams through clear, meaningful messaging during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dany has supported hundreds of startups across the globe, helping founders shape their communications from day one. Through her consulting work with Google for Startups in Rwanda and Poland, she partnered directly with early-stage teams to craft compelling narratives, build trust with stakeholders, and communicate with clarity as they scaled.
Before Amazon, Dany led Internal Communications and Events at Lyft, joining as employee #52. There, she played a key role in scaling the Employee Experience and Community teams, became a founding member of the Culture Board, and helped the company navigate 60x headcount growth, translating company values into behaviors and high-impact moments.
Earlier in her career, Dany managed full-stack Internal Communications at UnitedHealthcare, a Fortune 10 company, where she led initiatives ranging from recognition programs to intranet strategy.
